Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Helps Concussed Teen

In 2010, Nate Geller was hit in the back of the head with a lacrosse stick. He began to experience headaches, the inability to focus and had trouble keeping his balance. For more than a year, doctors said they couldn’t do much for Nate besides prescribing him Ritalin and narcotics. But then his family discovered hyperbaric oxygen therapy and he saw improvements after his first session. Nate has had a significant improvement after a series of treatments. It has helped him improve his focus, balance and reduce headaches. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy repairs tissue damage and could be very beneficial to athletes who experience brain injuries. Please watch the news story on the WWLTV website for a look at the dramatic results.
